He collaborates closely with senior management to develop, implement, and execute plans for operational processes. Additionally, he takes charge of the operations strategy and internal affairs, ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of the organization.

    Camila Kallman holds the position of Director of Human Resources at King Goose Hospitality. In her role, she ensures that the organization complies with all legal requirements and effectively implements its mission and talent strategy. Her areas of expertise include overseeing the development and management of the company's staff through the planning and coordination of various activities and policies.

    Director of Marketing

    Emilia Picon is the Director of Marketing. Her primary responsibility is to enhance and optimize the company's marketing strategies. She oversees all marketing, events, and public relations initiatives to boost traffic, enhance brand recognition, and drive sales for both KGH and its various divisions. Apart from devising marketing strategies, she also closely monitors guest engagement and satisfaction across all brands and channels.
